Essential Qualifications for NFRA Recruitment 2024:

Young Professional – Legal: LLB or BA & LLB (5-year integrated course)
Young Professional – CA: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience Required:

Young Professional – Legal: LL.M preferably in Corporate Law, experience in NFRA domain. At least one year of post-qualification experience in Legal matters

NFRA Recruitment 2024 Job Profile:

Legal: Drafting of Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Legal Research, Legal Vetting/advice, handling legal database
CA: Assist/provide inputs in review, monitoring, internal auditing, knowledge of Accounting Standards

Selection Process of NFRA Recruitment 2024:

Suitability assessment, which may include a written assessment test and interview
Full-time contractual basis for two years, extendable up to five years based on performance
Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/- for the first year, subject to performance evaluation for subsequent years
Non-disclosure agreement regarding confidential information
